ABOUT THE FIRM
W. Brandt Hay Architect is an architectural design firm based in Celebration, Florida. The firm specializes in commercial and high-end residential projects, designing for new construction as well as renovation of existing buildings.
Brandt Hay, the firm co-founder and Design Principal, is a practicing architect with particular interest in classical, traditional, and vernacular architectural vocabularies. He maintains an abiding passion for humanist design, is an active student of timeless architecture past as well as present, and travels extensively around the world as part of this study.
Mr. Hay leads the design process for all design projects, and personally handles all major communications with clients. Over the course of his career he has had the opportunity to engage in a rich variety of design work for a diverse group of clients. This work has included designs for Aristo Developers (Cyprus), Florida Hospital (Florida), and Tavistock Group (Bahamas).
Mr. Hay serves on the board of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Florida Chapter, is the senior architect on the Celebration Architectural Review Board, and is on the Walt Disney Company’s list of approved architects. He is a LEED® certified practitioner of energy efficient design and is licensed to practice architecture in Florida and Texas.
